Other helpful tips and studying tools for learning hiragana and katakana

When I met with Yukari-sensei last week, she complimented my ability to write and recognize hiragana and katakana. She was actually incredibly shocked by my progress, and was like, "How do you know them so well? I'm so impressed." My only response was the shrugging of my shoulders as if I had no clue. But you all know very well what methods I used. You too should follow my lead! Study yo hiragana and katakana! Then real Japanese people will be very impressed with you.
